I'm a San Diego native. I love being outdoors. I take care of my elderly grandparents and do internet marketing. I have many websites and a couple of blogs. I made this hubpage as a place to put things I am learning about, including my journey with holosync meditation and things that can help my diabetic grandmother.

My grandmother has diabetes. I have been caring for her for about two years. It breaks my heart to have to poke and prod for and give her medication so many times a day.
